MISSION
We’re familiar with the barriers to participating in systems of finance. We started from a knowledge baseline of zero in 2025 and discovered a silver lining to being new and clueless: you’re not yet stuck in the old ways of doing things.
Our mission is to keep experimenting with what’s possible across financing tools, seek collaborative partners in all we do, and share what we learn so larger pools of capital can experiment, too. Ultimately, we want to make participation in finance possible for more people—not just an elite group of funders.
Thesis
For decades, philanthropy has tried to repair the harms wrought by modern systems of finance while the wealth fueling those systems keeps compounding at the top. The traditional “grow to give” model is broken: capital compounds faster than giving can repair the damage.
How can we reorganize the trillions in existing global capital to serve the needs of our communities today?
What new models of leadership and ownership will build a more inclusive economy?

Capital is oxygen to industry. Whoever controls it decides what gets built and who shares in the surplus. Diverse leadership and ownership isn’t just a moral play—it’s good for business. We put capital behind women and communities long excluded from ownership. When more people hold a stake, companies can be built differently, overlooked sectors like women’s health can become foundational markets, and power can shift.
We believe one of the most effective ways to lift up all people is to empower women—mothers and non-mothers alike—with the resources, agency, and networks to thrive.
