3FF makes investing itself a feminist act by addressing gender-lens funding gaps and chronically underfunded social justice issues.
Courtney mobilizes philanthropic, financial, and social capital alongside Women Moving Millions, Impact InvestHER, Planned Parenthood, Barcelona Social Venture Circle, and as an advisor to The Founder Leadership Research Lab at Oxford University.
3FF integrates equity, debt, and grant-making into an evergreen portfolio with the goal of recycling capital to fuel long-term social impact. Our blended financing approach prioritizes four pillars of change.
